Julia Amory is on the move, sharing with her social media followers, "3 years ago we bought this sweet house (for me sight unseen!) knowing it was the only house on the only street in SoSo I wanted to be. It is the happiest sweetest home and it’s brought us so much joy while living here. Now it’s time to find a new family to love this house."
The fashion and homewares designer certainly didn't waste any time when it came decorating, with every inch of the home dressed in playful wall-coverings, island-inspired furniture and cottage-core accents. Featuring three bedrooms, a separate guest house with two suites, and an elegant pool dividing the two, the 1940s home is a real charmer, listed at $3.6 million.
