Swifty’s

Another high society watering hole which has hit Palm Beach recently is former Upper East Side hot spot, Swity's. Originally opened as a pop-up at the Colony Hotel in 2019, it returned as a permanent fixture in late 2020 and has been drawing the well-to-do crowd ever since. Set by the pool, the revived favorite is the ultimate lunch and dinner destination, boasting live music, al fresco social distancing, and plenty of people-watching. Original co-founder Robert Caravaggi is back and so too is the drool-worthy meatloaf, along with caviar service, and some Florida seafood like lobster salad, Swifty’s crab cakes, and tuna tartare.
