Carbone

If you don’t know Carbone then I simply can’t help you. Trust me, their spicy rigatoni vodka is actually THAT good. The Michelin-starred red sauce joint came onto the scene in New York in 2012, serving up traditional Italian dishes with a swanky zest - and nearly impossible-to-get reservations (well, for anyone without the last name Jenner or Hadid). This year, chef and restaurateur Mario Carbone debuted the much-anticipated Miami location in South Beach. The swanky dining room, designed by Ken Fulk, provides a bold, eclectic vibe that will definitely satisfy your Instagram feed. The outdoor patio has a more chill, Florida style with rattan ceiling fans and design inspiration from Cuba. Don’t wait to make your reservation, the location already has a three month wait list.
