Le Sirenuse

Walking into Le Sirenuse is intimidating - rightfully so. The restaurant is located in the Four Seaons' newly renovated Surf Club. They've restored the 1930's ballroom at the original Surf Club and melded Italian glamour (specifically Positano chic) with Miami Art Deco. Joseph Dirand is the Parisian designer who spawned fresh green plants throughout the enormous space and turned it into a geometric heaven. It's everything we didn't know we needed in an Instagram photo opp.

Try the Fagotello Genovese (Fagotello stuffed with beef and black truffle), Chilean Sea Bass or the Tartare di Manzo. If you can't eat beef tartare, try the vegan one. Their Linguine Vongole is incredible if you're looking for a lighter pasta. If you just need to grab a drink between events head to the al fresco Champagne bar - it's known for specialty cocktails and great view of the ocean.
