Bagatelle Miami Beach
You may have heard of Bagatelle because of their infamous restaurant in New York, but Miami's version is a cooler sister that's attached to Villa Bagatelle, steps from the beach. A Victorian atmosphere with modern American art and french fare entice and stoke the senses. It's something completely different than all restaurants around it. Tuna Tartare is a huge deal in Miami - they take it seriously. Many places have different versions, but Bagatelle's comes in first place because of their spectacular avocado salad on top (we hesitate to simply call it guacamole). The gnocci with black truffle oil also makes the list - whoever thought of that combination should get a medal.
