"The Golden Hour," LNYArtist LNY finished "The Golden Hour" for the Fourth Arts Block art project on East Second Street. Fourth Arts Block (FAB) is a non-profit that established the East 4th Street Cultural District in lower Manhattan. The mural represents the trauma lower Manhattan experienced and overcame during Hurricane Sandy.
