The Gutter is the smaller, less snazzy, less expensive place to get your bowl on in the Burg, complete with a pool table and a deck of cards located behind the bar. They are now giving you even more reasons to spend your time there with the opening of The Back Room.
This 1,000 square foot, 100 person space will serve as a concert venue and be available to rent for private parties. They are also planning movie screenings that are a hell of a better deal than your average $13 movie ticket, $6 water, and whatever insane sum Regal and the rest are charging for popcorn nowadays. For $9 you get to see the flick and also sip back on SlyFox beers.
The new space opens this Friday, January 7, with The Runaway Suns, Sorceress, and Haunted Boots. It's a $5 cover for the show, and you can always go early or stay late to get your roll on.
