Besides your adventures in India, have you been inspired by any other travels throughout the world?

Of course, inspiration is everywhere! The idea of MIRTH started while traveling in Bali. The batiks there are gorgeous and it is a caftan destination in itself. Katie found some great vintage inspiration in Berlin earlier this year, and vintage textiles are always finding their way into our suitcases: from markets in Istanbul, markets in San Telmo in Buenos Aires, vintage kanthas in Jaipur and old handkerchiefs in Saint Rémy de Provence. And any trip to Paris has us sketching like crazy.
