What You Need:
1 large ripe avocado
1/2 cup sour cream (light or regular)
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced dried parsley
