Crave Fishbar
A more refined, yet eccentric type of poké bowl, this Crave Fishbar appetizer is not made with tuna or salmon, but rather a type of fish called Porgy. Not one we're used to hearing, but it certainly gives a delicious twist to it. Chef Todd Mitgang describes it as "medium-fatty, not too lean, but not too oily." Their new location on the Upper West Side opened a few months ago, and this is just one of the many delicious plates their seafood-focused menu offers. Their dishes are often described as "familiar but different," so make sure to check it out!
