Marc Forgione, son of the iconic and legendary American cuisine chef Larry Forgione, sells a limited batch of these each day only at the bar. Announced on Twitter each day, the restaurant tweets how many of these exclusive burgers they will be selling that evening. If you're lucky enough to grab one, you'll experience the culinary prowess of a successful Iron Chef by munching into a dry aged, beer cheese and caramelized onion burger.
