The Black Tap does burgers well, and you can get one pretty much however you like it. They have a delicious classic burger consisting of lettuce, tomato, American cheese, pickles and special sauce, because every burger needs some creamy goodness to round things out. Also on the menu is a burger topped with a green peppercorn sauce, another made with lamb and house pickles, and one of the most popular, "The Texan" burger - topped with crispy fried onions, melted cheese, bacon and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce.
