The New York Times Magazine Food Issue, the series includes conversations with master chefs and television personalities Marcus Samuelsson, Bobby Flay and Giada De Laurentiis, and Paula Deen. Other events include panel discussions on the future of restaurants and the question we all want answered: how chefs eat and... and stay slim.
