Fall Zucchini & Grilled Mushroom Pasta
This pasta, minus the carbs, sounds like a dream come true. If you're not in the mood for a cold salad, you can eat your greens in this fall pasta dish instead. It's loaded with healthy veggies and super simple to make!
Ingredients
1 green zucchini
1/2 pack of firm tofu
1 cup of your favorite mushrooms (ex: fall brown mushrooms found in your local organic supermarket)
Black pepper
Oregano spice
2 tbsp coconut oil (or olive oil)
