Over the weekend, Eataly played host to Identita New York, the annual foodie gathering that brings some of the world's best chefs to create spectacular dishes and participate in seminars that celebrate Italian cuisine. This year Massimo Bottura, Daniel Humm, Bryce Shuman, and many more offered their expertise for a handful of lucky guests.
