While it's definitely not a book of the simplest recipes, you know, unless you've a pantry already stocked with arrowroot, brown rice syrup, or chestnut flour, this is just the crazy hippie world we live in, and we'd totally be willing to do a Whole Foods run to try our hands at his Fresh Fig Pancakes with Chamomile-Blood Orange Syrup.
