Have You Had To Adapt Your Daily Workflow?
Unlike most people who had to pivot from working in an office to working from home, I was already freelance and working from home for a full year before the pandemic hit, so not much changed in terms of my daily workflow other than not having the flexibility to work from public spaces such as hotel lobbies or coffee shops. However, my workload definitely took a hit, as a large majority of my clients are in the hospitality space which has suffered tremendously throughout this time. I feel very fortunate to have a select group of clients that stuck with me through the worst of it, which allowed me to still make some money while keeping me somewhat busy each work day. And with the new free time that came with losing a few clients, came the birth of #shelbcake!
