Located near Magnolia, Billy's Bakery is a strong contender to beat out its competitor as New York's
creme de la creme.
Katie Holmes agrees. In an interview with InStyle magazine, she said, "Billy's is my spot...I had to promise myself to go only once a week, because otherwise I'll be a moose."
Bakers ice cakes right in the front window, enticing customers inside to try their selection of wares, whose standout cupcakes include Banana, Carrot, Chai, Black & White Caramel, and German Chocolate. Their Famous Icebox Cake is also worth a forkful.
