Cherry Cola Sorbet
1 pound cherries, pitted (approximately 2 1⁄2 cups)
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 1⁄2 cups Cola
1. Combine all ingredients, and purée until smooth.
2. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean container.
3. Freeze in an ice cream machine according to manufacturer instructions.
