Bacon and Egg Mazemen The classic bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich gets an Asian twist with this dish, the mazemen, a new dry ramen that is all the craze in Tokyo right now. Instead of a broth, the thick and chewy ramen noodles get treated with a soft, slow poached egg, crispy bacon bites, shredded raw kale and topped off with bonito flakes and scallions.
