Linguine with Clams
One of the dishes featured in
Eater's 12 Epic NYC Pastas to Eat Before You Die and described by
Ryan Sutton of Bloomberg as being "as iconic as the pastrami sandwich at Katz's," Esca's Linguine with Clams is simply one of NYC's finest dish of noodles. The linguine is perfectly al-dente, the clams wonderfully briny, and a slight hint of chili pepper gives the dish just the right amount of kick. You should probably just go order a plate for yourself right now.
Where to get it:
Esca,
402 W 43rd St, New York, NY 10036
