We know how loyal you are to that classic Bacon, Egg, and Cheese, but if there was ever a time to ditch your go-to in favor of something new, well, it'd most definitely be this weekend.
Instagrammable food creator extraordinaire Dominique Ansel has teamed up with the chefs behind cult-favorite Korean spot Atoboy to offer New Yorkers a seriously drool-worthy breakfast sandwich that's worth getting up extra early on a Saturday for.
Only available through this Sunday, February 27th at the Dominique Ansel Workshop in Flatiron, the exclusive Korean Egg Sandwich is clearly the most indulgent way to start your day. The delicious collab features fluffy steamed eggs, glazed ham, crispy potato hashbrown, pickled moo radish, spicy gochujang mayo, and fresh perilla leaf, all stacked high inside a housemade brioche perilla leaf bun. It comes paired with a Sujeonggwa (Korean cinnamon tea) latte to wash it down.
Basically, the stuff breakfast dreams are made of.
Like all of Dominique Ansel's edible inventions, this buzzy bite is sure to go fast, so we suggest setting an alarm and getting to Flatiron when the workshop opens at 8 am. #WorthIt.
