What: If you're a yogi but are looking for a little something more, this is for you! Outdoor Mind Body Bootcamp is not your typical outdoor workout experience, combining plyometrics, strength training, sprint intervals, martial arts, gymnastics, yoga and meditation. You will build stamina, strength, and agility. So put on your lulus and get out there.
