NYC group fitness instructors are teaching AT LEAST 12 to 14 classes a week, sometimes (a lot of the time) back to back to back - and still they manage to support and inspire you when you feel like passing out. But, um, when do they sleep? How do they manage to wind down or do their own gym routine?
