Lacy Stone Fitness Booty Camp
Early risers, it's time to put your mornings to good use. Trainer Lacey Stone knows that we want to take fitness seriously, so she's devised a four-week, eight-class sunrise workout program that blends athletic and team sports training with
"all the different elements from her cult like group fitness classes."
Although we're slightly skeptical of cults (hello, did anyone else see
Martha Marcy May Marlene?), we're willing to give her BOOTYCamp! a try... if only you'll join us.
BOOTYCamp! New York City runs at Pier 46 on the West Side Highway at Charles Street (the Astro Turf Field) from 6:30-7.30 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays, with evening camps upon request.
