Racquetball and Squash
If you're looking for a little competition, grab a friend and get your heart pumping with a game of racquetball or squash. Play for one hour and you'll end up running about two miles and burning about 600 calories! Plus, these sports work almost every muscle group in your body, especially your lower body and core (you're basically doing continuous squats and lunges).
