Bikram Yoga
If you can’t take the cold, bring your workout indoors and turn up the heat at a Bikram Yoga class. This 90-minute class, composed of a 26-posture sequence, works every part of your body, flushing out those toxins you’ve been ingesting at holiday parties.
The room is heated up to 105 degrees, which helps increase your flexibility and flush away impurities. The heat is also said to give you a better cardiovascular workout by increasing your heart rate and improve strength by putting your muscle tissue in an optimal state.
