Irani introduced herself and then took me into a massage room. After stripping and changing into what could be only considered as a cross between a synthetic loin cloth and a G-string, I welcomed Irani back into the room.
She spread a scrub over my body, as she rubbed and kneaded, making occasional comments about the state of my lymphatic system.
When Irani stood back up, she explained that she was going to do a body detox combined with a lymphatic drainage massage. I still wasn’t exactly sure what she meant, but a sauna session followed by a massage sounded just what my therapist ordered.
