Don't Risk Your Wrists
Keyboards are more realistic than asking Siri advice in public, but unfortunately, the wrist's locked range of motion and the spastic finger movements we make typing on laptops and in search of the flamenco dancer emoji don't necessarily jive with our joints. Carpal tunnel, or more likely what's called "Text Claw" is a painful side effect caused by overusing small motor skills, like in texting and typing, which causes pain in the tendons and muscles of your hands and wrists.
Among other wrist stretches, Pashchima Namaskarasana, or Reverse Prayer Pose can help to relieve tension and pain in your wrist while opening your chest.
