You have a background in Martial Arts. Did you bring those moves in when helping to develop this workout?
Yes! What I love about martial arts is that it really is a fully body workout; you have a lot of multi-dimensional movement, and you have a lot of core training. When you punch and you kick, you have to use your core and we wanted to implement those moves because you use a lot of muscle groups at the same time. Also, when people punch and kick, they feel very empowered, and they bring in their full energy. In the end, they workout harder and burn more. So it's not a full martial arts workout, of course, but I think there are a few movements that make people feel very strong and empowered.
