Of course we'd start with the OG, who's made waves for admitting her extreme (but nutritionist-approved) diet plan in the days leading up to the runway. Adriana Lima, who has walked the VS catwalk for almost two decades (seriously), told The Telegraph back in 2011 that she boxes, jumps rope, and lifts weights, staying hydrated with a gallon of water during training days.

Nine days before the show she stops eating solids, subsisting on protein shakes, which include a powdered egg. Two days before, she stops drinking the gallon of water and just sips normally. Twelve hours before, however, she doesn't consume anything - not even a glass of H20.

"No liquids at all so you dry out, sometimes you can lose up to eight pounds just from that," she said.
