Bella Hadid's nutrition guru, who also works with Adriana Lima and Amber Valletta, is known for his tough detox plan. Dr. Charles Passler obviously encourages healthy eating all year round, but when it's crunch time? He told InStyle that he encourages seven to nine hours of sleep, two to four liters of water, and cutting out sugar, processed foods, and alcohol. Although carbs are fine before workouts, he suggests cutting them out entirely three to five days before the show. Surprisingly, he also tells his clients to stop working out three days before, but to "do some weight training or calisthenics before hair and makeup to get a pre-show pump. By the day of the show, the models are lean and strong and need to show a bit of definition."
