Arms Like Michelle

Former FLOTUS Michelle Obama gives us life with her toned arms. The FBI wasn't able to give us her workout routine, but her former trainer Cornell McClellan shared some tips. Burn your triceps with 15 reps of tricep extensions and tone your biceps with 15 reps of hammer curls. Alternate between these two exercise 3 times using anywhere from 5-15 pounds and you'll have arms like Michelle in no time!
