It certainly doesn't help that while this has all been going down, Sporty & Rich has been experiencing some major shipping delays. Many customers were willing to give the brand some leeway due to current circumstances, but after weeks, sometimes months, of inquiries and requests for refunds being allegedly ignored, people shared screenshots of their interactions with Oberg about their orders, which were then posted by @notsportyrich. Needless to say, customer service isn't her strong suit.
