Copying Designs

Among her more egregious (alleged) offenses, however, is the apparent pattern of ripping off designs from other brands. 

Way back in 2018, Danielle was accused of copying jewelry designs in her line for Nordstrom, who eventually pulled the pieces in question. 

A number of other independent brands, including Grayscale, We Are Kin, and Second Wind, have claimed that Danielle reached out for free products only to later use the same designs in her own collections. In 2020, she was also locked in a legal battle with lingerie brand The Great Eros, which accused the influencer of using a design from their tissue paper in her Onia swimwear collection.
