When and why you got involved?
I got involved with Worldfund in the fall of 2011 as an attempt to escape the white collar world I am a part of and to fuel my efforts for World Peace.
I was born in São Paulo to an Argentine father and Brazilian mother. Latin America continues to be my favorite travel destination! I am so thrilled to live in such an international city as New York which allows we to stay connected to my roots through all of the organizations, musems, restaurants and cultural outlets of the city!
What did you want to be when you grew up?
Still trying to figure it out! But I can say without a doubt that being a part of Worldfund is a big piece to this puzzle.
Proudest moment at the event
I went outside for some fresh air and when I stepepd back inside I was just so thrilled to see everyone chatting, laughing, dancing and having a great time overall. My greatest reward in planning events is to see the amazing final result that we can produce, the more smiling faces the better!
Who influences you?
Melinda Gates - her charitable efforts and contributions alongside her husband Bill are among the most remarkable and genuinely generous I've ever seen in the philanthropic world. I hope to someday save the world like she has!
