Eastwood got his start on the cowboy themed TV show Rawhide in the early '60s. He achieved tremendous fame after appearing in a series of “spaghetti western” films (colloquial term for Italian made western films) directed by Sergio Leone.
As a director, Clint Eastwood has 30 films under his belt, including Play Misty for Me, High Plains Drifter, and Unforgiven.
