"Celebrate the achievement of a desired goal"
In 1969, The Stonewall Riots broke out after police raided Greenwich Village's Stonewall Inn, the underground railroad for the gay community. Down on Christopher street the following year, New Yorkers united to fight back, marching as one in support of Gay Rights, igniting the first Gay Pride March. This Sunday, June 28th, New Yorkers will march with victory supporting each step.
