The new-ish Moxy Hotel Times Square has plenty of dining and drinking options, but Magic Hour is the place to be. It's apparently the largest indoor/outdoor rooftop in the city, and it's full of surprises. You know you've always wanted to get drunk at an "urban amusement park."
