For a little bit of American history with your post work beer, head to Fraunces Tavern, a tavern housed within a building from the Revolutionary War. Owned by the Sons of the Revolution, it is purportedly one of the oldest surviving buildings in Manhattan and a part of the American Whiskey Trail. Aside from its mythological lore, the bar is a popular happy hour spot and offers an excellent beer selection.
