"Best 2k I Ever Spent!" Super-Fly: DJ Questlove At Kiss & Fly

DJ Questlove of The Roots rocked Super-Fly at Kiss and Fly last night, and following last week's analysis of total tool-ish interesting hand gestures, I can't help but notice what's going on, here. Is this guy purposely doing some sort of Star Trek thing? The best part is that the girl standing next to him seems to have picked up on it, and is like, "Alright, you're a loser." Apparently, even though the velvet ropes are still swinging, one or two always manage to slip through, and party like a rockstar. Good for them, although maybe they should try and leave the nerd at home, and the hands where they should be: on the hips of a sweaty target, or on the cocktail.

Not really sure what's going on here, but it's totally cracking me up.

This guy is sooo throwing any game he had going on, before. Pointing is just weird and annoying.
