Witches in Bikinis is actually a band and, given the name, an appropriate musical act tokick off the New York City Horror Festival tonight at BLVD. The party also includes 20 short films, four other bands and free cocktails. The festival itself runs through Sunday at Tribeca Cinemas and will feature some real horrorshows likely less staged than the ones we've witnessed this week.
