HaSalon

Things start off relatively relaxed at celebrity chef Eyal Shani's Israeli restaurant, HaSalon, but the later it gets, and as more plates are cleared, the eatery transforms into something that feels like a family party after your uncles had a bit too much wine. The music turns up, everyone starts swinging their napkins in the air, and the tables and chairs where you just had dinner turn into your personal dance floor. Let's just say it's never not a good time.
