The Summit Bar
Known for mixing unforgettable cocktails, bartender Greg Seider, the brain behind the drink list at venues such as Minetta Tavern and Mercer Kitchen, has come together with Hamid Rashidzada to offer some truly creative drinks. The cocktails use herbs that are grown on Seider's own rooftop garden, along with exotic sourced ingredients, such as Ecuadoran rose petals.
Check out the "Ground to Glass," with red pepper puree, cucumber, fresh lime, and tequila for just one example of the creative offerings.
