Primo's at the Frederick Hotel gives you a reason to head to Tribeca after happy hour. Managing partner Aisa Shelley (of Chinatown hot spot Mr. Fong's) tapped Camilla Deterre (of Navy and Mimi) to amp up the space, and the results are a must-see.
