Roc Nation, and is Target's guest editor this month. She is known for her style that is credited for being tastefully chic. Harley thanks her friends for helping her get her start in the nightlife scene (it also helps when your friends are

Derek Blasberg). In the spirit of all things cute and cozy, the DJ recently released a free mix online titled "
Homefriends" which features favorite tracks by artists such as
