NYC's Best Dive Bars

[Via] Subway Inn, 143 East 60th Street Opened in 1937, this place is not the typical boite for the posh area. Located near Bloomingdales, it's the kind of place where alcoholics go to die, replete with ripped bar stools and booths and creepy knick knacks. Depending on the night it can range from sketchy to just plain fun, with a mixed crowd of regulars, those who work in the area, and those who live up there and want something cheap to start or end the evening with. They have Buck Hunter and surprisingly , it works.
