Ready to take your night to the next level?
Head to Hudson Yards, step inside the digitally immersive elevator, and emerge on the 101st floor to sit back and sip a drink (or three) at Manhattan's most stylish new haunt, Peakaboo.
The sky-high hot spot recently debuted at Peak, the upscale dining destination which towers above the city skyline and provides a bird's-eye view of everything from the Empire State Building to the Hudson River. Tucked towards the front of the space, Peakaboo welcomes guests with an arresting curved marble bar and intimate lounge area, complete with plush seating and walls lined with bottles of wine and spirits.
Floor-to-ceiling windows, of course, provide a stunning backdrop of the city, with a view that stretches for miles.
The swanky space is helmed by RHC hospitality, known for their creative menus and theatrical events. And "creative and theatrical" is certainly how we'd describe some of the drinks on the menu. Playful sips include the Bees Knees (Dorothy Parker gin, lemon, pomegranate, beet, and honeycomb) and the Hot Lips (Volcan Reposado tequila, passion fruit, lime, agave), while the Strawberry Fix and chartreuse-spiked Yellow Devil are available as dramatic large-format cocktails to share. You can also order up bubbly by the glass or the bottle, which is served tableside from an elegant champagne cart. Chic!
Food-wise, you can obviously expect quite the upgraded selection of bar bites. Mixed nuts? Um, try beef tartare, black truffle tarts, and white sturgeon caviar with a tater tot.
Peakaboo will be open for late-night imbibing, complete with DJ, every Thursday through Saturday from 10:30pm – 2am. Considering how many cool kids have already christened the spot, we expect you'll be in very stylish company whenever you stop in.
