Dear @HauteNights
I get plenty of girls. How do I become a nightlife promoter?

Jordan,
I would suggest befriending a current promoter and bringing girls out for him as a trial. Most promoters will bring you on as a sub promoter and let you party for free IF you can bring a handful of hot girls on a nightly basis. Your best bet is to start that way and build up a consistent following of girls.
Consistency is the name of the game in this business. While it may seem like an easy gig, it is extremely competitive. There are an endless amount of promoters and sub promoters out there going after the same pool of women. You have to differentiate yourself from the pack any way you can.
If you go the sub promoter route, you have to make sure that whomever you are working for actually has pull at the venue. A girl is not going to come back out with you if her and her friends are stuck waiting on line in the cold for a half hour or your bottles run out by 2am. The smoother you make their experience, the more likely they are to come back.
Furthermore, make sure they have fun. Don’t be too cool and stand there texting on your phone all night. Make conversation and don’t be afraid to dance. You should be the life of the party, not just a connection for them to get free drinks.
Don’t be a creep. There is nothing wrong with using your hookups to meet women you may be romantically interested in, but play it cool. Don’t try to sleep with every girl you bring out. In the long run you won’t make any money that way. If you do end up liking a girl, gauge her interest first. If you feel she’s legitimately interested, go for it. If you’re unsure DON’T make a move. You may end up scaring off a girl that goes out every night or comes with a large group of friends.
Sell tables. Too many promoters think that bringing hot girls is the whole game. It’s not. If you can bring paying customers to a venue you are a lot more valuable. The more bottles you sell the more pull you will gain at a nightclub.
