Daniel and Derek Koch have moved their boozy champagne and sparkler brunch to Saint-Tropez just in time for Bastille Day. Partygoers can get down Day & Night style this weekend through August 28th, 2011. We talk to Daniel about why they chose to set off from the Hamptons for the Cote d'Azur.
St. Tropez actually inspired the Day & Night concept, so "it is only right that we pay tribute and bring it home for the summer," he says.
"No matter where we’re at; we always aim to be different by providing new experiences, ever-evolving (just like Apple). We believe this is what people need to feel there’s always something more for them out there (bigger and better, faster and stronger)."
Larger champagne bottle? Stronger ones? Drink them fast, faster.
If you're planning a vacation and stop by, expect to see aerial acts, cirque performances, burlesque shows, live music and pyrotechnics. South of France DJ’s (Mitch LJ) will be stopping by as well as New York staples Mia Moretti and Caitlin Moe.
Sounds like a hipper, drunker Cirque du Soleil.
